Paul and his team were extremely responsive, professional and overall great partners while dealing with a difficult eviction. He was careful with costs and advised on ways to handle the process with efficiency, yet without sacrificing attention to detail. However, what we noticed most was his desire in trying to help resolve the issue with the tenant without having to escalate to court action. While that approach was ultimately not successful, we appreciated the effort Paul took personally to try to help the tenant. We were lucky to find Paul and will definitely turn to him for any future issues with our Oregon properties.
