After watching Paul's video blog portion of his website, I decided to go ahead and meet with him concerning two things. First, creating a new lease that granted more protection for a landlord as the current lease was a generic cut and paste doc from a Google search. The price was fair and definitely worth the reassurance of having an experienced real estate lawyer in my corner. After that, we met to set up a revocable trust. It's a bit daunting setting up a trust but Paul was very calm and thorough and explained possible outcomes and scenarios involving each document that was signed. Paul is experienced and that is something I value in a lawyer.The office is nice and in a central location with plenty of parking and his assistant, Michelle, is wonderful. A smooth process start to finish.
