I used Solid Serve Legal for process service for a difficult family situation after the Sheriff's office told me they were 13 weeks behind due to staff shortages, and another company declined my request because of the circumstances. Tea was prompt and efficient, serving the same day or within 24 hours when requested. Highly recommended.

I retained Solid Serve Legal (remotely from another state) at about 11 AM on a Monday to serve two defendants. We had an address for one defendant, but not only were we without an address for the other defendant, there was even some question as to that defendant's correct name. Solid Serve Legal (Tea Godfrey) jumped on the case immediately. She had one defendant served within about an hour, the other defendant about the same time the next day, and both executed and rule-compliant Proofs of Service in my hand before COB that second day. The entire engagement lasted barely 29 hours! I could not be happier with Solid Serve Legal, and I recommend them without reservation.

Serving a petition for divorce is not an easy proposition for anyone. From start to finish Tea Godfrey was extraordinary in terms of understanding the process, appreciating the nuance of my particular situation and serving the papers in a timely manner. Unprofessional and very new to the practice. Very incompetent in the process and kind of rude when you bring this to the attention of the lead attorney. But they do charge allot of $ for these services to make up for the negative things......
