I hired Oliveros law firm and Katherine was assigned to our case. After i paid the retainer for dissolution of guardianship of a family member we had custody of. the first court date came and we did not hear from her. Early that morning I called the law firm and told them that we did not hear from her since our first appointment. The office knew nothing about our court date. We showed up and Greg from the office showed up. He didn’t know about our case we filled him in. Things went ok. We had a couple of appearances Katherine had very poor communication with us and seemed very nervous and very unprepared. Even though the case was mostly resolved there were issues remaining that we were blindsided by later that a lawyer we hired for family law should have known.
