I chose Preston Maddoux as my law firm from a local referral to start up my business. The entire experience was seamless and easy, and I spent very little time in the office or dealing with legalese that I wasn't equipped to handle (which was why I was seeking legal help in the first place). I worked mainly with Mr. Preston and their paralegal, Willow. Arrived for a consultation, and had a great consultation explaining what to expect, next steps, and services they were able to offer. I provided my documentation for my solo LLC business endeavor, and was on my merry way. A few days later, I received all the important documents of registering my LLC with the Secretary of State of Oregon, my EIN number, and a few other important details regarding what to expect in the future with this firm as they were now my business' registered point of contact. My business' license renewal was always easy, and I received reminders from them on any details that needed to be attended to.
