I was referred to Shelly Perkins by my sister and another close friend who used her in their divorces. After my consultation, I hired her on the spot. Shelly and staff are extremely knowledgeable, attentive and quick to answer my endless emails. Shelly gave me an honest outline on what to expect going through the spousal support stage and then finally into the divorce hearing. She handled every challenge from husband's team in a professional, gritty and commanding presence. She went toe to toe with his lawyer and did not back down to their constant objections. It is mind-boggling how incompetent Shelly Perkins and her staff are. They sent our divorce documents late, to the wrong addresses, and filled out incorrectly. My ex and I are still sorting out the mess of paperwork she created two months after this was supposed to be resolved.
