I was impressed with this Albertsons. I was band from the Albertsons on 30th near my home because i asked for the club card savings printed on three packages of meat. "JEFF" said i was trying to "steal from the store" even though i had the meat stickers in a zip lock bag and the cash register reciept. He told me not to come back in the store again. In my 72 years of life i have never been treated as rudely as Jeff treated me there. The manager called me to offer a $25 gift certificate and a personal chance to apologize. My favorite Albertsons is Spingfield way out at the east side of town. Really nice store. But this 18th street Albertsons in Eugene is a clear runner up.

I was not able to retain this firm's services; however, they did offer referrals and were courteous and empathetic. I wish they handled the kind of case I have. If the person answering the phone is a reflection of the business this place is aces.
