I consulted Marc as I feared my ex would soon file. I am from the Roseburg area and all the reputable attorneys were not an option as there were conflicts of interest. He was able to see me in a very timely fashion. He was great at getting to the point during the consultation and even wrote me a letter to deliver to my ex. He then told me to call him right when I received paperwork. When I received the paperwork he swiftly got me worked into his schedule and we discussed our main defense. I retained him and we are currently in the beginning stages of custody.

Marc's an honest lawyer. He may tell you things you don't want to hear. But, he's being honest from his experience. It may hurt to hear it, but he has enough experience and has seen it all. I've used Marc on several occassions and found him to be honest. Even though it hurts some feelings :)

Marc is the Top Gun of lawyers in the courtroom. While other lawyers told me there is no way in hell a Man will obtain full custody of his kids I sought Marc. He will do what it takes to handle all your issues so you can focus on your job and your kids and keep you out of court as much as possible. When I did go to court he was the Top Gun of attorneys in the courtroom and has a command presence. He advocated for my two boys and me and I owe a life long of gratitude for the new life I enjoy together with my two boys. He takes no crap from your adversaries lawyers no matter how many she hires! Marc and his secretary worked with me to save costs. I have had to return to Marc for his help whenever my ex surfaces for an attack and Marc has delivered excellence results every single time. I will always recommend Marc to anyone. Thank You Marc!

Marc handled my divorce a couple of years ago. He is a straight shooter and gets right to the point. Definitely not a hand holder, but is interested in advocating for you. Keep the emotions out of it (save that for your therapist) and you will have a good experience. I photocopied all of my necessary documents and gave them a copy and that helped cut costs. I also didn't call him unless I absolutely knew it was something that I could not find the answer or that his secretary couldn't answer, otherwise that will send your bill through the roof fast! I fared better than I thought I would in the end and I was appreciative of Marc's experience, frankness and recommendations. We were able to stay out of court. Two and a half years later, I can still confidently recommend him to anyone that has to go through the painful process of divorce.

Marc handled my divorce, which was difficult because my former wife was physically and mentally disabled because of an accident. After two lawyers who overstated the expected outcome and who were poorly prepared, I needed help. Marc was honest, efficient, knowledgable fair minded and compassionate (toward me and my former wife). I knew what to expect and how the process worked. Marc is not one for small talk; rather he stays sharply on task.

My first and last impression were : In it for the money. The accusatory tone coupled with scare tactics are not what a lawyer specializing in this law should exhibit. Caring about your client's situation should be the first order of business. Not only was the meeting unprofessional it was disheartening. Do not seek this lawyer for issues relating to custody or in situations of abuse. The meeting began and ended with a focus on money not the rights of the law or the client.

Mr Perrin was very non-responsive in returning phone calls, emails and was terribly unprepared when we went to trial to discuss my finances. He did not listen to my wishes and proceeded on his own on several occasions. Churned me to a very high fee by encouraging me to file for evidence then proceeded to trial without it.

I have had family and close friends go through Marc for a number of years and occassionally been involved with the dealings with Marc. I have always been told he is professional and honest. Dealings with Marc personally I have to agree. He does not cheat his clients, you get billed for what he does. He is honest and will fight for you.
