Andrew was absolutely amazing! He is compassionate and truly cares about you as an individual not just as a case! He goes after what is your civil right as a human and puts on a good argument to win a case! I would suggest this office to everyone looking for someone who really fights for you! The whole staff is very pleasant to work with.

Andy is direct and straightforward with his clients. He does a good job of explaining client rights and provides realistic expectations. He helped me resolve my case and I was happy to work with him.

Mr. Kraushaar is a fantastic attorney. He took the time meet with me in person to discuss my legal issue, accomodating my work schedule and even giving up his own lunch hour multiple times to do so. Andy is a great attorney, he took the time to understand my story and explain it to the court in a way that was impactful. Even though the district attorney opposed my motion we still won the hearing. I couldn’t be happier with his services!

I was charged with a disorderly conduct and duii when i was drinking in my own home. The cops could of used information that i had given them to prove i was Not driving prior to me drinking, they choose to not use that information an booked me. Andy got the duii charge dropped and 5 days of community service w/no probation for the disorderly conduct, which was understandable considering the circumstances. Andy was very professional an is a great person. I highly recommend Andy’s firm.

I had a legal issue come up and contacted Andrew after recommendation from a friend. From the first minute he was professional and listened to what I had to say. Andrew assisted with my request on a motion before the court . He stated that the motion was an uphill battle but. he put all his efforts and presented my position with great enthusiasm and believe that my motion should be granted . Andy is an awesome lawyer. Unfortunately I got caught up in a situation with the law, and had no idea where to turn, or what to do next. I had never previously been in trouble or worked with a lawyer, and Andy guided me throughout the whole process. As a student at the University of Oregon, I was directed to Andy through ASUO legal services, and I am so thankful. Andy was knowledgeable about all the options I could have taken, and got me on an awesome diversion program to remove the offense from my record in just 6 months. He is attentive, and made the situation easy as we struggled through corona virus in the middle of my case. He set up an awesome video call with judge, and city prosecutor through the state, so I didn't have to show up to court since I am in a Stay At Home order in California. I would highly suggest Andrew, he will get you the best result for your case!
