He has been very helpful and I will keep working with him.

I hired Mr. Woodworth for an unexpected situation that i was not prepared for mentally. His initial consultation was informative and helpful, and he explained things in a way that i could understand. As the case went on, he stayed in contact and kept me updated with things as they came up. I feel like he put in extra work that he didn't mention, because he prepared a very thorough case and helped me out tremendously. I was impressed that he was willing to schedule appointments on the weekends to accommodate my schedule, and felt like overall that somebody with his amount of experience and success rate would be arrogant, but he was humble and never acted like he was smarter or better than me. I felt like we were a team because he kept me involved in what was going on and explained different potential options so i could make informed decisions. I highly recommend him if you want somebody to take your case seriously and is willing to explain things.

John is amazing! He helped answer all my questions regarding terminating my lease with a co-tenant and clarified what I was legally allowed to do. He was quick to respond and walked me step by step though the process. My property management attempted to push back and he immediately responded and had my back. I'm extremely grateful for his help and will absolutely hire him in the future if need be.

John seems very busy, but will slow down long enough to collect $200.00 and pass "Go". Very informative, all but guarantees a win for the right amount of cash upfront. Very disappointing knowing that your S.O.L. If you need a great local attorney and can afford him, I get the impression that John us your "go to" man.

5 stars, I would give him 10 if possible. This guy is a SHARK, he will defend you above and beyond, and is a total savage in the courtroom. I strongly suggest you hire him for your legal needs. Don't be put off by his strong personality, he shines in the court room.

Best attorney ever

I have relied on Mr. Woodworth on 2 separate landlord/tenant cases over the years, and won both hands down. John is a no-nonsense attorney who puts his clients welfare first, fair, concise and thorough; and stands as a symbol of professionalism in his field.

John Woodworth is thourough, knowledgeable, and has a fantastic sense of humor. He cleared up a housing dispute I had with a leasing company in a matter of days, and the resolution was clean and fair. Correspondence with John was easy and fast. I felt supported from the moment I met with him, and would recommend this attorney to anyone. Overall, you can tell this attorney really enjoys helping his clients and loves his career.

I contacted John about alleged criminal case pending against me that I was not guilty of. John took all the details and formulated a defense that was rock solid. Before we could even go to court the case was dismissed. He is ontop of the facts and will really go to bat swinging home runs- one after another. He knows the law. He will fight for what is right. He will go above and beyond for his clients. Very reasonable and honorable man to deal with. Would hire again in a heartbeat if the need arises.

Mr. Woodworth is an amazing attorney that will go above and beyond for his clients. I have needed his services on several occasions over the years, he has always done an outstanding job with great rates. You will not be disappointed.

My fiance and I just met up with John for the first time almost 3 months ago, we were very excited to be working with him on our case. The day we met up he told my fiance that he would be glad to help us out and take us on contingency. That day he said he would write a demand letter for us and have it to us 3 days after we met. That day came and no demand letter or any word from him. We called him multiple times from both of our cell phones after not receiving our demand form to look over. We sent him emails as well containing the information he asked for from us. A month goes by and I call him again. This time he picks up and says he's sorry for not getting back to us and that he still hasn't written up the demand letter but that he would get to it to us by the following Monday. That Monday comes around and AGAIN not a word from him or any documents sent to us. We try to call him countless times and sent out more emails and we haven't heard from him since. After feeling the urgency of our situation we decide to go into his office and ask to speak with him about our case. He tells his receptionist that he is too busy to talk right now but that he hasn't forgotten about us and he promises to call us that upcoming Saturday at noon. The receptionist even gave us a card with the time and date of when to expect his call. Guess what?! Of course that time comes around and no word from Mr. Woodworth! At this point we feel he took us on as clients on contingency that he had zero time for. That or he doesn't care about our case enough to even call us and update us on anything. We are truly sad and disappointed and desperate for help and he is not giving us the time of day to help us when he agreed to do so months ago. What's really upsetting is that my fiance and I spent $150 to just meet with him and that was literally all the money that we had. Not to mention the fact that he knew our vehicle and thousands of of dollars worth of our stuff was on the line and things needed to move very quickly otherwise we would lose our belongings and our only vehicle. We are saddened to say that we did lose those things because John did not move quick enough to help us. I'd recommend that if your legal matter is urgent and you need help quick, to avoid John Woodworth and look elsewhere for professional help. If he would reach out to me or my fiance and explain why he hasn't responded to us or done any work for us yet, as well as prove he can actually do something for us in a timely manner, I'd be glad to change this review back to a 5 star that I left after our first and only meeting with him.
