Professional Attorney

Very professional, honest, and straight up. He could of easily lied to me to have me hire him but he was looking out for my best Interest. His opinion is valued. That shows integrity and honor. In his free consult he educated me on how lawsuits really work. Unfortunately sometimes the bad guy wins and the victim has to pay a lot and be at a financial risk. Live and learn...dont trust people or loan them money. I respect him and he is very credible with his decades in law experience. I'm more wise on how to protect myself now. Thank you Mr. Derr for restoring my faith in what attorneys should do and how they should act.

I've had a few car accidents and they were able to give me guidance along with helping me out on my third.

Refused to even look at my case because I recieved a ticket from an accident I was rear ended in even though I haven't been charged because the case is still open due to the accident

Right up front they evaluate how much 'they think' they will make from your case. If it is not enough, then they very politely tell you you really don't have a case. I went somewhere else and received $22,000.00. Just because they are on TV does not mean they are any good.

I began my case for assistance with this firm over a year ago. They did very little to help me with my case, insisted I wasn't going to win even though they didn't offer any help to get more documentation, and then told me my case was about to go to hearing only to turn around, withdraw my representation and tell me it had never been set at all, which is clearly a boldfaced lie. If you are hearing impaired and want help, do not go to these lawyers. They'll give you the run around, up your hopes, and then crush your dreams and walk away like the bloodsucking fiends you would expect most dirty lawyers to be. SORELY unimpressed and highly disgusted with their lack of empathy or results. CHOOSE ANOTHER FIRM.

I had a personal injury claim that I wanted them to consider representing me. Only ONCE did I receive a call from them. I always had to call them first. I would not recommend them. Totally unprofessional. I am now retaining a different and more responsible and professional attorney.
