I retained Mr. Wasley to assist with the estate of my step-father. Before we were able to close on his estate, my mother passed so we actually had two probates running at the same time. Mr. Wasley handled everything expertly, professionally yet personable, and timely. I would have been overwhelmed with all of the legalities of such matters, but Phil handled everything every step of the way.,

He was unsure of himself and l feel he took money that he didn't earn. He told me to move on and forget what they did to me. He said it couldn't be done. Then he reneged on our deal and dropped me as a client. Out of desperation l went to Legal Aid and a young lawyer looked at my research notebook. Then he forced the villain's ( Landlords ) to remove the illegal structures on the rental space and obey the law. This was an intense Landlord & Tenant problem. It was nice that somebody cared enough to see it through . . .

Was referred to this attorney for a free consultation through a work program and 8 seconds into me explaining the situation, i was cut off and told that if I’m not done speaking in 5 seconds that I’ll just need to make another appointment. Extremely unprofessional, rude and belittling. Would never recommend to anyone unless you’d like to be spoken to like a child.
