I worked with both Bryan and Chelsea for different cases, and they were both amazing. Bryan was very knowledgeable and made sure I did what was best for me, even if it meant not going to trial and he would get paid less. Chelsea is also very knowledgeable and a good attorney. She took on my very complicated legal case and followed through with it for well over two years. I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal representation.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chelsea Payment and her team. Chelsea worked very hard on a couple judgements for my family and I. It took over a year because of a difficult opposing party, but got my family and I better results than we initially hoped for. It was totally best case scenario working with her. I would feel comfortable recommending her to friends and family if they ever found themselves in need, as well as using her again myself if I needed her. Very professional, communicative, and direct. You wouldn't go wrong choosing her.

Bryan Boender is an excellent defense attorney.
I was in a VERY difficult situation and Bryan and his team were able to get the case completely dismissed. Nothing on my record, completely expunged and sealed.
Bryan and his team put in alot of work for me and always made himself available to or my family when he could.
He didn't just get my case dropped, he was knowledgeable, had a great staff and a "Drive to win".
I couldn't recommend Bryan Boender more.

Bryan boender was sufficient and aggressive where it mattered the most and took care of business in all the right areas.
Always making sure to answer calls or have an assistant return a call so you were never in the dark.
He took pride in his work and went the extra Mile coming down traveling hours at a time to show up to important court functions.

Bryan is an excellent attorney. He is straightforward-no sugar coating. He was successfully able to get a conviction expunged from record. My previous attorney told me this was not a possibility. This task has allowed me to move forward without having to look back.
