Dan is a diligent lawyer who goes above and beyond for his clients. He’s true to his word and speaks with candor. This genuineness paired with is tenacity makes him worth much more than his retainer.

I was facing the possibility of years in prison when I called Daniel Kruse for help. While I had not heard of Mr. Kruse before, fortunately I chose him from a list of attorneys I had found online. I appreciated the initial consultation he provided, never rushing me, instead taking all the time needed for him to hear about the circumstances of my situation. At the conclusion of that consultation, I hired Mr. Kruse as my attorney. He visited me while I was in jail and kept in constant touch with me afterwards as he worked on my case. Because of Mr. Kruse's efforts, the most serious charge against me was dismissed, meaning I avoided prison time. While I pled guilty to the second charge against me, I was given credit for time served and did not have to return to jail. Mr. Kruse is professional, knowledgeable, effective, has excellent communication skills, and on top of all that, he's a nice guy, which really helps a lot when a person finds themselves in such a bad situation. While not wanting to sound too dramatic, bottom line, I believe Mr. Kruse saved my life by helping me avoid prison time, and I will always be grateful for his help and for the opportunity I've now been given to change my life for the better.

Worst lawyer I have ever had , when I told him I would not plea , his economics did not work , he keeps saying I make more money if you go to trial but plea , and I said no and I was not giving more time and he dropped my case last minute with no warning g , beware, beware

I hired Dan because I was facing allegations. Dan reviewed the facts and fought the charges that the DA was pursuing. A short time later, the charges were dropped and the case was dismissed! It is so overwhelming fighting against the tide. I was prepared to fight on my own, knowing i was gonna lose, beacuse i didnt think i could afford a lawyer. As the case came closer and desperation set in that my life was about to be ruined from something i was innocent of I called Mr Kruse. Im so thankful that i did and to him for everything he did for me. Not only is it instantly obvious that he is the person you want fighting on your behalf but he cares. As much as a lawyer can allow himself to care anyway. I called by other lawyers recomendation. I only asked if he was available and what his rate was. He gave me a free consult instead. Looked into my case and gave me advice before we discussed money. I was smart enough to pick up if what he was telling me for free was worth gold that he must have even more for those who hire him. I was right. The best part was he offered a flat rate. This amazing lawyer and my obvious salvation was now also affordable. As much work as he ended up having to put in my case, im scared to know how much i would of had to pay without this option. I hope to one day soon send him a bonus. Even if we would have lost i would feel he was worth double of what i had to pay. I dont have alot of experiences with lawyers and now i know who im calling first if i ever need another one (heaven forbid) but if i was looking for a lawyer Mr Kruse is exactly what i would be looking for. If youre in search of a lawyer, you should atleast give him a call.

After I was falsely accused of a commercial truck accident with a car in Springfield, OR, Daniel defended me, leading to the case dismissal when the DA was unable to prove any elements of his case (not even any evidence of an accident whatsoever). Two year later, I was amazed to learn, when cited in Ontario, OR, for driving with suspended privileges, that the DMV had wrongly suspended my driving privileges for "being in an accident" -- the one that had been dismissed. I hired Daniel again, and not only did he succeed in getting the DMV to lift the suspension, but he also reasoned with the Malheur County DA and got the wrongful ticket dismissed. In addition to his high legal skills, Daniel is a man gifted with words, and has powerful persuasive power in dealing with adversaries. Although I am a truck driver today, I was myself formerly an attorney in California, and I can say from having seen both sides of the practice, that Daniel is quite exceptional in all respects as an advocate and as a human being. I recommend him without reservation and with great pleasure.

Dan is not only exceptional at what he does, he is also a genuine and kind soul. I was facing a very difficult situation and some charges (false charges I might add) that would have left a hefty scar. He worked diligently on getting my case dismissed, and just yesterday it was dismissed! Words cannot express my gratitude. I am also very fond of his receptionist, Sam. She is so warm and kind. I remember showing up at the office unannounced, she had only met me once and she remembered my name and made small conversation to make me feel more comfortable. It was noticed and more than appreciated.

I have obtained Daniel Kuse. He has been very knowledgeable and has calmed the nerves of the person who he was hired to defend. He is willing to work hard and has fair prices compared to what I was bein quoted through this process. He took into consideration my inability to come up with more money so we agreed on a flat fee to do the work that it was goin to take. He has kept me in the loop through the process so that my partner didn’t feel the need to tell me things about the case while he was in jail.

Mr kruse advised me to accept a felony drug charge right before graduating from college and I wasn't even in possession of anything!?...I paid him $3000 and it has ruined my life, I should have made him fight it...this man will not do his due diligence or help you create a constructive way to defend yourself. I would not recommend him to anyone and regret this every day of my life!
