I recently had a frivolous stalking order dismissed at the preliminary hearing thanks to the efforts of Dan Kruse. Dan struck me as very competent, and, very experienced with cases like mine. He explained to me the burden of proof upon the plaintiff, and what was needed to uphold the order. He also dissected the frivolous complaint, and at court, it was dismissed before I needed to say a word. If you find yourself in my unfortunate position, i recommend you call Dan Kruse first.
