Mr. Hwang represented me in a very difficult estate. I was the personal representative. He guided me adroitly through some very unusual twists and turns. He help me use a specialist attorney for a controversy involving a Contractor. He always provided very precise instructions His legal documents and pleadings were thorough and clear. His attention to detail and precise wording make sure there were no loopholes And kept me protected from adverse parties. In negotiations with some third parties, he was tough and put the others on their heels, resulting in the best outcome for me as his client and for the estate. I have seen many of Mr. Hwang’s estate planning packages Including wills and trusts. . They are impressive, incorporating contemporary elements that reflect up-to-date best practices. I do have a basis for comparison because I see a lot of estate plans given that I am a professional fiduciary and am often in the position of administering trusts and estates. Jinoo established a Revocable Trust for me and my wife. This was not a simple trust due to several factors. However, Jinoo was very thorough and patient over the entire process. (Side note: Jinoo is very lawyerly when he is working; but can be quite personable when outside work. :-))

Both my wife and I are of advanced age and she is not able to manage financial and other complex situations on her own, and we have no children or other close family to help should I pass away before her. Although Attorney Hwang was unable to meet me in person because of my overseas status, he very kindly and very expertly worked afar with me and a trusted person in the USA who agreed to be the co-executor of the Trust with me. Because my situation was fairly complex needing communication and consultation with two people Attorney Hwang would have to communicate with at distant locations, I knew that the process of setting up a Trust would take extra time, and I was comfortable with that, as was Attorney Hwang. However the extra length of time itself did not add anything special to the total cost of legal fees. The final total cost was less than what I had expected because of the integrity, expertise, and kindness of Attorney Hwang and his staff. He, and his staff, were able to lead my associate and me step-by-step through the needs of the process with patience and clarity. I can very highly recommend Attorney Jinoo Hwang and his staff for managing the setting up of a family trust. I am a 64 yr old physician who has dealt with over 50 lawyers in my career. Mr Hwang is right up there among the best. The focus on the task at hand is incredible. I'm surprised he couldn't just laser print the documents with his eyes! He has built in backups to the backups in case of potential future problems. Thoroughly explains every aspect of your trust. When the trust will be used, you can truly Rest In Peace.
