To who it may concern: Keith is simply the best. I fired two lawyers before finding Keith after the others showed their incompetence or lack of fight for my rights. Every lawyer I spoke with told me I won’t like the outcome of my case even if I win. It’s true. The system is stacked against the injured worker and is in place to keep costs down for corporations and company owners. Workers Comp has a long and interesting history in Oregon, and you can thank past Governor Kulongoski (Republican in Democrat clothing) for shifting money from worker’s pockets and Oregon’s economy to out of state corporate profits in the latest incarnation.
