I received and DUII and reckless driving charges with an accident. No injuries but I had a high blood alcohol test. Max was able to get me diversion and the reckless driving charge was dropped. He treated me with compassion and respect and guided me through the process in a very professional manner. Highly recommend.

Max and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I was facing 6-12 months in county jail and was able to convince the court to give me alternative sentence which let me keep my job and home. If it’s your first or third DUI Max is going to be your best advocate!!

Woke up this Christmas morning, thinking about who I could talk to about hiring an estate attorney to write up my will...I’m going to call Max.

Max was on point! He was fast to reply, easy to talk to, answered any questions, and took care of everything in a very efficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my case. In the Eugene area I don’t believe there is a better defense lawyer, especially against DUI. I made the poor decision of drinking and drinking. I received a DUI, reckless driving, and reckless endangerment. Mr. Mizejewski worked very hard to get both reckless charges down to a careless and he was able to get me on diversion program. Keep in mind it was recorded that my BAC was a .189%.
No lawyer will respectfully represent and defend you like Mr. Mizejewski.
