Mr. Vergamini fought for me so hard that when we lost, he appealed the case and changed the law. Now, if another person is ever in the same situation I was in, they will not have to go through the same hell I went through. While I am happy that my case eventually resolved, I take great pride in the fact that Mr. Vergamini made the laws in Oregon better for all people.
