Phil Wasley is a case law expert, there is no doubt about that. He's a winner , he's does not get intimidated by larger firms of threatening DA's. He stands his ground with In any courtroom or Arbitration hearings with facts and case law. Insurance companies work on the model of diminished returns and they don't want to pay anything...Mr. Phillip Wasley does not except that. He does not give in to these Big Wig Powerful Attorneys.. he's a fighter and it pays off. I would hire him again in a second...Honest to God. He has the experience and the know how. It shows. Mr. Wasley and his team were extremely communicative and prompt while helping me with guardianship for my niece and nephew. Was referred to this attorney for a free consultation through a work program and 8 seconds into me explaining the situation, i was cut off and told that if I’m not done speaking in 5 seconds that I’ll just need to make another appointment. Extremely unprofessional, rude and belittling. Would never recommend to anyone unless you’d like to be spoken to like a child.

I'd only had a couple of drinks over the course of a couple of hours and I gave a friend a ride home because he was too drunk to drive. I was pulled over leaving his house because I stupidly did a u-turn and the cop decided I was drunk. Wasley was recommended by a friend as someone who knew what he was doing and would charge a reasonable fee. I wasn't disappointed.
