It took me hours of research just to find a lawyer who even does landlord tenant law for the tenant's side. And while he is moving away from this area of law, he still took the time, out of his own good will, to briefly hear what my issues were and then give me his opinion on things. If he was willing to do that for me, than you know he will go above and beyond for those who hire him. Thanks Lance!

I am so grateful that Lance was assigned to me to be my attorney for my DUI case. I had hired another lawyer who was trying to charge me $7000 and did not help me at all. I fired him and luckily Lance became my new lawyer. He helped me more than I could have asked for. I would hire Lance back in a heartbeat if I needed representation for anything else. He won't beat around the bush about the outcome of your case and he is very reasonable.

This is a true 5 star lawyer! He represents both Landords, and tenants, which gives him the ability to see all aspects of a case, he is very easy to talk too, explains everything in detail, and strives to make sure he gets maximum results for his clients without having to resort to certin tactics 2 star lawyers do. My wife and I came to Lance after our landlord broke the law, and was able to stay calm and collected while the landlords lawyer was being deficit and aggressive, in the end, we won the settlement thanks to lances hard work and dedication to his client, not one of those lawyers who drag things out to pad their pockets like some other lawyers around here. If I could I'd give him 10 stars.

I called Mr. Quaranto to help me with a tenant problem at my father-in-law's house in Florence, Oregon. Lance was very easy to talk with and gave me clear advice on how we could proceed. With his help, I successfully completed the eviction process, including the sale of the personal property that had been left behind. Lance has been a long standing legal representative for me, first as a public defender and then at a point when I made too much money to qualify for free representation, Lance represented me for free, which was a God Send.
