Just want to give a shout out to Lance for helping us with a tenant situation. Not much we could do with the COVID-19 in place, but Lance did give us some great advice to our situation. Highly recommend him! Thank you again, Lance.

Lance was a pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity to meet him through an ugly transaction with one of our agents where he was representing the other party. We worked through some hurdles, and even though he was representing the other side he was very respectful and easy to talk to. We were able to get the transaction closed with little delay. I would highly recommend Lance. He is knowledgeable and up to speed with the current landlord tenant laws.

Lance walked me through the steps to get through a tough situation at a horrible time in my life, He was available any time to answer questions no matter how min-ute they may have seemed to him. putting nerves at ease.

I couldn’t have been appointed a better lawyer than Lance. He’s a straight forward, calls it how he sees it type of guy. He took away any stress that I had with the situation and landed it all on himself. Whenever I needed to contact him, he responded immediately with answers to the questions I had. I’ve used other attorneys in the past with different matters and found many to promise one thing & delivery something else in the end I was only out a ton of money, feeling conned. Mr. Quaranto truly helped me unlike my past experiences, I’m so grateful. He got me the best possible result, wanted the best for me not the best for his pocketbook, was very knowledgeable on how to proceed and how to win. If I find myself in an unfortunate place again and need legal help I’m glad I know Lance is out there to be hired.

Lance Quaranto took on my case regardless of the fact that I no longer live in state. My property management company claimed that I had broken my lease, when that was not the case. Lance not only cleared that and got my deposit returned to me, but he negotiated a settlement in addition. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very kind and personable throughout the process. I would absolutely go through him again.

Lance helped my daughter and I work through an annual lease we had both signed and needed to get out of. He had good ideas on an approach with the Landlord and it worked. We were able to negotiate a solution that was fair to both parties.
