Highly recommend Mr. Davis, he’s efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without making me feel silly. We communicated mostly over email, which made it easier to fit my work schedule.

Had trouble with flood insurance agents, specifically on grandfather clauses of recently remapped FEMA floodways. Less than1 day, all issues resolved and can close on my house. Thanks again, highly recommended.

Was in desperate need for legal advice concerning a real estate transaction involving tenants. Navigating around all the COVID-19 issues with evictions, this was not something I felt confident taking on. Mr. Davis gave me sound, thoughtful advice and I could finally relax. Hooray for me!
