Jane worked with us to design and create a living trust. She carefully explained what was necessary for our individual situation, instead of just filling in the blanks on a canned format. We had talked with other lawyers who offered a flat fee but it was obvious, after talking with Jane, that it is critical to make sure the organization of a trust and associated documents are specific to individual needs.
