I got good legal advice.

I received a referral from NOLO to Ransom atty for a consultation for a Real Estate issue- I called and the receptionist gave me an appointment for Oct 4th- Great, hung up and went about my day... Less than an hour later she called me back and said "we are going to have to cancel the consultation appt" okay so what's a better date to reschedule? She said "I can't reschedule the appointment because Mr Ransom is refusing to see you" WHAT? WHY? She stated she was not able to give me any details about the situation. I don't blame her at all, she was very polite and professional - However, if your'e an attorney who is refusing to see a person who just needs to ask some questions about liens and forclosure in this county- WHY DON'T YOU HAVE THE BALLS TO EXPLAIN YOUR REFUSAL???? This seems discriminatory to me and let me tell you straight up I have NEVER seen or SPOKEN to this person in my life. So I am speaking with the OR State Bar, the BBB, and any other entity that can help me alert and incur charges against this yellow bellied Wuss Burger Coward ! Because it's just not right!
