Kendell is unprofessional, rude, and a poor representation of her clients (our neighbors). I hope they know how bad she makes them look. And I hope they aren't paying her much to ruin their opportunities. Zero stars!

Competent attorneys

Kendall is a very competent person and lawyer!

I just made a simple phone call to ask a question about helping my father on what procedures that I need to get a tenant evicted, so he can sell the house, and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. All she would say was she would schedule me an appointment. I asked her again what I should do and she even got ruder. I'm from out of town trying to help my elderly father. I didn't want legal advice, all I wanted to know what I needed to do before I set up an appointment for legal advice. That person who answered need to take a class on professionalism and how to treat/talk to people.

Ms Ferguson is not a good person. If she is your attorney - get your checkbook ready. She basically feeds bogus advice to her clients to stoke the fire guaranteeing a courtroom visit and a larger bill. She did it to my x for over a year and she has done it to other people I know. I represented myself and won 3 times in court against her and my x ended up losing most of her custodial authorities. On one occasion, the judge had to explain a procedural thing to her that I already knew as a regular joe and she got wrong. Her legal skills are subpar. She forgot to file a response to my motion which made it so my x could not recoup legal fees from me if I were to lose in court - luckily I didn't because I would have been on the hook for the bill that she intentionally ran sky high. But she definitely was not absent in "posturing 101" in law school because boy oh boy can she fabricate a story about you and twist words. Her firm likes to portray her as a pitbull style attorney. That's a laugh. Through my communications with her she reminds me of a spoiled rotten child who throws a tantrum if she doesn't get her way....not a pitbull attorney. Ms. Ferguson is currently under scrutiny by the Oregon State Bar for violating multiple professional rules of conduct - including misconduct for allegedly lying to the court by submitting documents containing intentional falsehoods. I have multiple friends who are attorneys and who are good people - but it is attorneys like Ms. Ferguson that give attorney's the bad reputation they have. Also, not sure how she pulled it off...but there used to by multiple negative reviews about her on Google. Now there's only 1.... go figure.

I gave the attorney $2,000 after only talking to her for 2 months about my case pertaining to my child being abused and thrown into a closet she gave me $1,000 back and dismiss my case because we had a phone call the same day I had a court case and I tried to reschedule it she convinced me I didn't need to and I told her otherwise that I wanted a second date she ignored me drop me the next day as a client and left me high and dry with no money and no other attorney to go to while I'm disabled after being hit by two cars I also filled out all my own paperwork and she copied and pasted it

I got taken on as a client for my son's abuse by his stepfather and mother being thrown into a closet after the abuse. I had given her a $2,000 down payment while being disabled and on low income. I had a court case the same day we had a phone meeting so I called to reschedule, she convinced me I didn't need to reschedule, and I told her otherwise; that I would like to have a backup date just in case. I ended up missing the appointment even though I called during my 1 hour block I called 20 to 30 minutes in wondering why I hadn't received a call and she was talking to another client doubling her money. she ended up dismissing my case letting me go because of the missed call. In a month in a half 2 months she had taken $1,000 from me after doing no work besides talking to me..... I filled out my own papers and she rewrote them considering it her work copy and paste is all she did
