I hired Eric Fournier and he did an awesome job. He was always straight up with me and realistic. In the end I got what I wanted , even though we were under a time crunch. I highly recommend him.

I worked as a legal assistant to Richard Adams for 26 years. I retired to get married and move to the state of Washington in 2015. The fact that I worked with him for 26 years speaks volumes for his character. He was the best boss ever. He always stood behind me and supported me in my position as his assistant. He treated me, and everyone in the office, with the greatest respect. That is also the action he took toward his clients. They always knew where they stood with him. He didn’t sugarcoat things and would tell clients exactly what they needed to know about their case. He worked hard to bring about the beat results for each and every client. He even represented me on an injury claim back in 1998. The results were something I would never have been able to obtain without an attorney. I would never hesitate to recommend this honorable, hard working man as your attorney.

It is an absolute honor to write a review for Mr (Richard) Adams. He took on our case, which several other attorneys turned down due to the "lack of damages". Long story short, Mr Adams saw a wrong and wanted to help us make it right. It was not a money making case by any means. It was a tough case, but in the long run, it will help many people. Mr Adams was very through with all aspects of the case and reached out with updates often. Our case took over a year to go to mediation, but when we did go, Mr Adams gave us the most informed advice he could to help us make the right decisions. Where do I begin? The dedication, passion & trust I saw in Richard & his son Tom were unmeasurable. I will forever be grateful I chose this office to represent me during a dark period in my life. Tom, Richard & remarkable staff behind them. After a near death experience & the defendant insurance company not cooperating, I was left with no choice to get representation. Being young, not well versed with legal lingo I felt safe immediately without my time for healing being sacrificed. They guided me through the process of legal proceedings and the remarkable impact hearing, “Don’t think of a revenge or money or Us, think of what you see is fit to live a normal life with no questions asked.” Countless times I was reminded how long or how difficult the legal system can be by nature, but I never felt unprepared by any circumstances. In conclusion, I came into their law office for questions and guidance on how to remedy a traumatic event. Now I feel comfortable as I ever could & satisfied with my experience to even call them friends. Jack Davis helped my brother financially live independently in spite of a disability. He worked with another Attorney to develop a special needs trust and his firm helped keep the trust organized and rolling for fifteen years. Highly recommend this dedicated firm who stayed organized and on task each year for a fair fee.
