Atty peterson is very smart and very polite ,very good person and for me she is ine of the best lawyer and the staff is great

Complete and total fraud. I watched in horror during a family member's divorce experience with her as an attorney, only to find out after the trial and 2 years of pre-divorce charades, that she never entered a single piece of evidence, never interviewed or even met or spoke to any of her own client's witnesses before the trial, lives next door to the opposing attorney on one side, and lives next door to her own client's ex mother in law and ex father in law(even shares a cat with them) on the other side, and never disclosed any of this to our family member. According to the OSBA, it is not considered a conflict of interests unless she had represented one of them and not disclosed it, or had at anytime had a sexual relationship with any of the opposing parties and had not disclosed that. But obscuring evidence, suppressing the testimony of crucial witnesses, then lying about where she has lived and her personal relationships with the opposing party, that is all legal in the OSBA 's guidelines and definition of "conflict of interests." Stay away, save your money, heartache, and family from this fraudulent court jester with no respect for the court, laws, and least of all, for her own clients. Since there won't be any repercussions or consequences for her actions, why should she bother to be ethical since she will have to be paid regardless? Sickening and shameful, but only for those who suffer at her misdeeds. She obviously has no conscience.
