Dan Simcoe has been helping myself and my family with any and all of our legal matters from helping mom with her will to land use issues he has helped me with traffic citations' wrongful eviction suit he is also a criminal law lawyer and has helped a few of my friends navigate the complicated criminal process so as to avoid unwarranted incarceration

Over the past ten years I have referred Dan Simcoe to to both friends and numerous clients. If they are looking for trusted legal advice and straight-from-the-hip wise counsel, I know they will be well taken care of by Dan. Personally, he has handled a variety of matters for me and in each case, I have been grateful for, and impressed by his willingness to explain things to me that are way above my pay grade. His support staff is excellent.

Mr Simco was the arbitrator in a recent case against me; the issue wasn't really whether I owed AmEx, but how the money was to be repaid. I believe that he saw that, and worked hard to resolve the issue so that I paid the money on the terms I had originally agreed to, not all at once as AmEx was demanding. A very good attorney, and a very competent arbitrator who shows compassion for both sides.

Completely unprofessional and made a life changing mistake for my family and myself. He did not follow through with his due diligence. Very disappointed.
Update:
The response that Daniel has given is truly the most deceptive way of not owning his actions. I am not here for a debate, I am simply here to inform and send caution for anyone looking into retaining this man.
