I have worked with Cauble and Whittington on two different issues. Max Whittington was easy to talk to and a good listener. His attention to detail, thoroughness and straight forward approach was very helpful and appreciated. His staff was always polite and respectful. The results of his efforts were always beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Cauble and Whittington if you are in the market for a quality law firm.

This firm rates 5 stars. They are very responsive and willing to listen. They work hard to do research and solve problems. Their fee schedule is reasonable and in line with other firms in the area. I worked with Max Whittington and was more than satisfied with his work ethic and professionalism. I highly recommend this firm.

Terrible service. No tact. They have an excuse for everything they do. Rather, everything they DON'T do. They can't wait to get that retainer so they can sit on it for 5 months and do absolutely NOTHING. Meanwhile, filings are happening from the opposing individuals. If you don't have the time for a client, don't take them as a client. They could have gotten service elsewhere and NOT be stuck in the position they're currently in! Don't forget to respond to my review letting readers know your excuses AGAIN. We'd all love to hear...

Tried to work with a lawyer at Cauble & Whittington. They were happy to take my money, however not happy to help with the case. Tried to make repeated appointments to correct billing mistakes. They helped with nothing and issued a collections notice for not paying. Fraudulent attorney.

Rude as can be I recommend looking for a different attorney

Chris Cauble and Chase Beguin have been godsends to me and my family. We have been terrorized by a neighbor with whom we have to share a well and driveways. She has physically and verbally assaulted us, harassed us, trespassed and tampered with our water meters and drained our entire well numerous times during wildfire season. We needed a real estate litigation team and they have been honest, thorough, responsive, and have actually saved me money.

$225 consultation fee even though you don't need a consultation for what you want to hire them for.
