Chris was my attorney during a high-conflict divorce. He handled my case, opposing counsel and my ex with care, and he placed a lot of emphasis on minimizing consternation and escalation. Chris helped me focus on maintaining priorities, getting as much time with my kids as possible. Chris is a smart attorney, but more importantly, he's a good person. I was fortunate to have him as my attorney, and I wouldn't hesitate to enlist his services again.

I went through my divorce during an unprecedented time. The courts were closed due to COVID-19 and I had child custody issues that broke my heart. Laura has an immense amount of experience navigating the court system and in child custody cases. She is kind and compassionate and did everything in her power to help me with my situation. She is a very ethical lawyer that will not stoop to slandering the other party, but uses the law and her experience to work for you. She will help you think realistically and keep your expectations in check, while getting you fair results. Julie is excellent at communicating the status of your case and is also a very compassionate person. I am very grateful that I had Laura by my side. I highly recommend this law firm.

I searched everywhere for a good lawyer who would represent me and help me fight to keep my son in my life. After talking to Chris Fanning he told me he thought I had a good case and would Fight for me to keep my son in my life at least 50/50. Chris asked for $7,000 which I thought was reasonable so he could put lots of time in my case. As trial came Mr.Fanning wanted $20,000 more which I told him I simply could not afford, he said he wanted $5,000 by the next day and he would represent my case. I had to borrow money from family to pay these fees even though it would leave me and my family with very little money for bills. At trial fanning did not fight for me he kept advising me to agree to the opposing party he did not bring up anything that would help my case. Trial was continued to a later date and mr.fanning wanted $5,000 more and told me I had an additional balance of $2,000. I have talked to Several lawyers and they have told me the most they charge for a horrible divorce and child Support was around $5,000 and mr fanning simply used to for my money. He is a horrible lawyer I did most of the research for my case and even wrote multiple papers for him and sent papers to the judge and opposing party. I went to my continued trial without a lawyer I fought for everything I thought was fair for both sides and I won everything I wanted. I could of saved $12,000 on a lawyer who I feel did nothing to help my case.

I want to give my biggest thanks to the firm, and especially Chris and Trina. Obviously, no one wants to find themselves needing these services, but it happens. I really appreciate that Chris helped me keep my expectations in check, and I now have a very reasonable parenting plan and payment that I’m happy with and that my ex also readily agreed to. Chris notified me of every update to my case personally, and took care of all the paperwork. This is my only divorce, but as far as outcome and customer service, I cannot think of anything they could have done better.
