Mr. Knaupp provided excellent service. He took time to fully explain the law as it applied to my situation and answer my questions. I’ve used his legal services twice now. I would recommend him to anyone.

Working with the professionals at Nachtigal, Eisenstein & Associates is a 100% pleasant experience. As an appraisal professional myself, I get to see the difference between efficient, credible operations, and ones that miss the mark.

We've used Nachtigal, Eisenstein & Assoc. several times over the last several years, both to setup our Living Trust and Will, as well as getting legal advice on setting up LLC's and our rental business. Scott handled the case smoothly, explained things clearly for a layperson and was readily available for questions before and after we received our documentation. My Wife Deborah and I highly recommend their Legal Services.

Mr. Knaupp is excellent to work with -- communicative, responsive, approachable and does what he says he is going to do. I have had a very positive experience working with him and would highly recommend him to others seeking legal counsel in the realm of his expertise.

We were worried about the bank forclosing on our house. One of our friends said they talked to this guy. We paid $150 for a consultation and he told us about how the laws work and how we can change our loan. He also mentioned how we can still avoid foreclosure if this doesn't work and how to avoid paying taxes on losing our house (yeah, the government can charge you tax on that). We're still working with the bank, but this was a big help.
