After multiple unanswered phone calls to the office I attempted to drive to the address listed with zero success in making contact... Wondering how they could help anyone in this way.

Under the guise of helping low-income folks this organization hands out hard working taxpayer's money. Three able-bodied adults chose repeatedly not to pay the $1100 agreed rent. Started eviction process and Oregon Law Center bailed them out with minor legal services and 3 months' free rent. Tenants learned a valuable lesson; Don't work, someone else will pay your bills. OLC your mission statement is misleading, you were not truly about justice you were about free handouts at taxpayer expense.

Two stars. Would not recommend. This service is incredibly difficult to get in touch with in the first place. Then, once you do get in touch with them, they dictate what you can ask for, and don't represent you if you want to ask for something different. After literally 10 hours of back and forth, they refused to work with me because I wanted to _ask for_ (not even expect to get, just ask for) the public school to support my daughter with a dual diagnosis going to a private school that specializes in the treatment of children with a dual diagnosis. They instead insisted that I trust the public school (who violated my daughters rights by refusing to test her for a year, and then was the cause of her PTSD) to handle implementation of care. Because I wanted to ask for something more than they were comfortable supporting, they turned me down.

Barbara Garland is a consummate Professional that knows her way around Washington County Courts, is within easy walking distance, She handled a messy divorce for me with a great outcome. I recommend her to anyone with Divorce or Family law matters that need an advocate who will work tirelessly in your best interests Thank You Barbara your the best!

Barbra did an excellent job representing me 15 years ago. So much so that I am still carrying her business card in my wallet.

Called the number specified but the line that it gave me was not helpful in the least cause it made me call another line to try and leave a message but once that line was done talking it just hangs up and you cant leave a message giant waste of frustrating time
