We could not be happier with the service we received from Matthew H Kehoe, LLC. My boyfriend and I were referred to him shortly after being the victims of a hit-and-run in which the other car was under-insured. Because we only had basic insurance ourselves through one of those mass-market-as-seen-on-TV insurance companies, I didn’t think we were going to recover anything from the accident, which totaled my beloved Jeep. (Never skip the gap insurance to save a few bucks, folks!) It was a traumatic situation and trying to handle any of the “legal stuff” would have completely overwhelmed me. Matthew took charge and handled everything for us, removing all the headaches, which allowed us to focus on recovering and moving on. His communication was always prompt and thorough; we always felt “in the loop” and like he was really taking good care of us. Since he would break down anything confusing to ensure we could understand what was going on, I always felt reassured after talking to him. Having that champion to work as a go-between with our insurance company was a lifesaver. He fought hard for us, and we ended up getting much more back than I would have expected. I hope never to have to go through something like this again, but if I do, I know who I’ll be calling.

I spoke with Doug regarding a child case. He seemed more focused on other cases he had in the pipeline then trying to help me with a suitable resolution to my issue. We parted ways with me losing 125$ consulting fee and no closer to understanding what to file then before I spoke with him.
