We consulted Peter to understand the implications of DECR vs dismissal and implications for immigration. He was able to steer our lawyer towards a civil compromise and we had no issues with immigration. In contrast another lawyer we spoke to made it seem like it was hopeless and we would face dire consequences etc etc but Peter was honest and clear in his assessment and gave us all possible scenarios.
