Carolyn set my mind at easy from the very beginning. She took care of our bankruptcy in 2008 and has continued to answer my questions and be supportive. I know she is extremely busy but it never shows in her tone when she is talking with me. She treats my questions with dignity no matter how trivial they may be compared to others. I have given her name to several people, including very close friends and family.
