I have had nothing but problems with Jennifer and her assistant Jen Harriss. The communication has been horrible, the lack of documents being sent to me, but her assistant claims she sent them and whenever a document is sent, it's the incorrect documentation. After every meeting I have with Jennifer it sounds like we're on the same page and the judge is rolling in our favor on something, I receive a copy of the judgment (from her assistant) to be signed and NOTHING in it has changed, it's the exact same wording as before the meeting. Huge waste of my money, my time and their time.

Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help on legal advice or pursuing a court case.

Fails to perform. Wanted her to write a letter to my financial advisor at Edward Jones. Her associate said Ms. Schade would compose a letter for my review and send it to me for my approval. No letter sent sent to me, never heard from them again.

Didn’t contact when needed; no effort was put into our trial. Recommended: NEVER. Sorry for those with no other options.

I was referred to Jennifer Schade by the Oregon Bar Association Referral Service. I made an appointment for a phone consultation with her assistant about a land use issue in Klamath County. I then looked her up on Google and discovered that her reviews say that she is unreliable and of dubious integrity. I decided to go ahead and see how she conducted herself in my case, not wanting to jump to conclusions. True to the reviews her assistant called and cancelled the appointment and asked to reschedule... Now I know that things come up, but the referral appointment is at a reduced rate, only $35 for a half hour consultation. How long would I have to wait to actually HAVE my consultation??? I need my questions answered in a timely manner. I believe that I will be best served looking elsewhere for legal advice. The thinks that we do are what makes us who we are. You may do something for a while, like smoking, lying or stealing, but eventually it becomes who you are. The same life principals apply to integrity. Take this for what it is worth when YOU make your decision.

I was assigned Jennifer for my bankruptcy threw a website i cant remember what it was called an literally is the worst lawyer i have ever had im so glad she isnt defending my life in court i can never get ahold of her an my bankruptcy has been pending for 7 months. She dose not care about people’s situation an anyone that says otherwise is lying. The good reviews are a lie on here I promise.

I was assigned Schade and have found it very difficult to get a hold of her. It has been months and I have no clue where I stand, what is going on with my case, or anything. I'm disappointed.

She got me in quickly and got my bankruptcy filed and walked me through all the steps in a professional and friendly manner. She even got my garnishment funds back. Highly recommend.

I've been using Jennifer for since 2018 for all of my legal matters. She has been amazing, I got the outcome I wanted at every hearing.
