If I could give 10 Starts; I would! After being taken by another firm with no results and money lost, I met with Megan Landi. Megan is hands down the best. She and her staff have kept suburb communication throughout my entire case, did not charge for unnecessary things, had the utmost professionalism, but were still human. I am so thankful I was referred to Megan and I would be happy to refer anyone to her for counsel and representation. Thank you Megan, Rachelle, Jacek, & Liz! You all were fantastic; cannot express how much!

The worst lawyer I ever had the experience of hiring . If you like to through money down the drain ,this is your lawyer. She dropped my case right before trail after I paid her 10000, now my daughter suffers because of this con artist . Thanks 👍 If I could I would give you 0 stars.

Wow. Do not go to this attorney. Every one of her bad reviews is 100% true. Please, go read them - I wish I had. Her behavior is beyond unprofessional. I can't believe someone like this still has their license.

Both Megan and Rebecca have went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I have been fighting for years for my kids back and when I feel overwhelmed they have a way to calm me down and solve the issue. Would only trust this firm in Klamath.

What can you say when you can't even get them to call you back to schedule an appointment? No, I'm not a client, but I was referred to Ms. Whitney-Smith by Women's Crisis Support. I called and spoke to her secretary. She said the scheduler would call me to set up an appointment. This was important to me! I was not in a safe situation and really needed to talk to an attorney. I was not asking for a free consultation. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. Look, if you are too busy to take more clients, then say so. To me this indicates that she would be like so many other attorneys you read reviews about who don't return phone calls and who are too busy to even talk to you. I felt really let down. Would she be just as unresponsive after collecting a retainer? I don't know, but I wouldn't want to take the chance.
