As it says in the title Josh is that and then some. When my issue occurred talking with him he was very straight forward and honest about potential outcomes with my case. However is was able to help educate me on my case and process since I had personally never needed an attorney before. He asked great questions and I provided him with the right information. He and his staff was in constant contact with me keeping me updated and informed on the current situation with my case. Overall he made my experience very easy and even though the outcome was uncertain he remained confident which in end he was able to settle my case at reasonable solutions. Thank you.
