Absolutely worthless.

Judy Snyder and her team have really helped me with my medical malpractice case and Holly Lloyd with my BOLI case against my previous employer. I feel well taken care of and in good hands with Judy Snyder and her team fighting for my case!

10/5 stars! Highly recommend him as a lawyer! He's very thorough, takes the time to make sure all questions are answered. Responds promptly and keeps you on track every step of the way. He was even on vacation and took the time to respond to me within 1-3 minutes. I was/am beyond astonished of how he handles his cases. His prices are affordable and well worth all the time and dedication he puts in any case. If you are reading this, thanks again, I really appreciate all of your help and how you made me feel at ease through it all.

It is with a heavy heart that I leave this review. I am a man, a father, a friend, and a businessman. I’ve owned businesses for over 17 years now and HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW LIKE THIS ONE. Why am I writing this in a post about Scott? Because through my extensive 17 year career, working with many, many, many professionals with clients, business partners, families, and companies, Scott is, BY FAR, the WORST PROFESSIONAL I’VE EVER WORKED WITH. Now, that’s saying a lot- I have some stories, let me tell you. Far too many for this review. When my ex-wife and I signed up to use Scott’s Parent Coordinator services, I was very hopeful. He told us from day one that his entire job was to work for our kids and make sure the parenting plan was followed. I was all for that, I actually think I have a very fair and good parenting plan overall (of course I’d make changes, but who wouldn’t?), so that sounded good to me. He told us that it was his intent to work with us to help us better communicate and co-parent…so much so that he’d work his way out of a job…which, he did…but not as he described. I’m still unclear to this day if Scott had private communication that favored her perspective with my ex-wife, but every decision he made favored what she made noise about. Even when, sometimes especially when, it disagreed with the court and the parenting plan. In fact, he once stated that he was in charge of whether the children attend parenting time- not me, not my ex, and not the courts! Saying that Scott has a God complex and is out of control, is putting it mildly. Unfortunately, the only thing I got out of working with Scott is additional court cases, attorney bills, and less simplicity than if he hadn’t been there in the first place. He often did not answer my emails, would not take my calls, and simply wouldn’t communicate. Then, even though it was his job, he included attorneys in many emails and made us use them when it was supposed to be his job. Not only did he not do his job, but he made it more difficult and costly for everyone else involved. I believe Scott is losing his memory as well as he often didn’t remember things we discussed, or even things he emailed. The courts have it in writing that Scott was completely biased towards my ex-wife and never helped, in fact just hurt, my desire to coparent with my ex. Since Scott got involved, the relationship with my ex has gotten worse and he poured gasoline on a raging fire. All the meanwhile, I always stayed respectful, answered all of his emails, and paid all the bills. Thankfully, the court saw how terrible Scott did and did not extend his 2 year contract, thank God! If I could sue Scott, I would. If I could give Scott ZERO stars, I would. If I could urge you to never, ever, ever, under any circumstance use him, I would. He will only hurt your case, not help it.

Joseph Feary comes off personable reasonable and intelligent. He absolutely did not show up in the most basic sense as a lawyer or small business owner. Despite being the *actual author* of the OREF forms that allow legal real estate transactions between parties without lawyers he *failed to correctly fill them out and file them*. This cost me the sale of a building the owners had agreed to sell months before in an amicable sale he was writing the contract for. He did not return calls or emails and had no counter person paralegal or support staff to address emergencies. As a small business owner and first time home buyer on a live work project this was the single biggest investment and dream of my life and livelihood and he did not show up on the day he was to file the contract. No one could reach him. The sellers thought it was shady confusing behavior because he had been in contact the evening before and they took another offer that arose in his absence for less money than I was offering. What an absolute nightmare to have trusted someone so uncommitted badly resourced and shamefully negligent at his profession. It was a done deal and should have been extremely easy to accomplish. He was in no way accountable for this mess. The next property of similar use cost more than $150,000 additional. Steer clear of this lackluster lawyer and save yourself time money and heartbreak !

Things in my legal malpractice case completely have changed from a year ago I sent in a complaint to the Oregon State Bar and nothing's been dismissed but they won't take the time to review my case again. The person I spoke to was very short and dismissive when I called today. Sorry I wasted your time and bothered you again office of Judy Snyder !!

Easy to work with and gives great customer service

Not professional. I agree with another review. Scott has a grudge against women and is horrendous at putting the kids true needs first.

Scott billed me for ten of hours from my trust for 3 hours of work. I questioned him in email but he just ignored me.
