Ian is one of the good ones. I was very worried when I realized that I needed to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I didn't know what was going to happen and how I was going to affect the next 10 years of my life. Ian calmed me down and walked me through the entire process. From our first meeting, I felt very comfortable around him and trusted that he would get this handled correctly for me. His knowledge of Oregon law is amazing and I will highly recommend him to anyone who asks.

After I bought a very expensive Audi, and an expensive warranty, the car broke down. All parties involved in selling me the warranty refused to pay the $20,000 in repairs without giving any kind of reasonable explanation as to why. I was certain that I would get screwed trying to fight a company the size of Audi but Joe managed to get the entire repair bill covered by the dealership that sold me the warranty. I had no desire to sue anyone but Joe managed to resolve the issue without a huge conflict. It was a bad situation all around but I'm very happy with the outcome. Joe is extremely professional and responsive and I would definitely use him again.
