Randy and his team did an great job. He's very straight forward, genuinely empathetic and all around great guy. I didn't expect much from my case. But he won my case and far more than I expected.

Randy, Charis, and the rest of the team not only helped us navigate a very daunting personal injury case, but held our hands through the difficult emotional journey that this became. Having a life altering injury is incredibly difficult. Navigating the process of coming to some sort of financial resolution as compensation for medical bills as well as for pain and suffering would have been impossible without them. They were creative, honest, patient, and kind over this two year period. Not only did we feel completely satisfied with how this was legally resolved but we feel we have made friends for life.

My daughter and I went to get pampered at a nail salon in Gresham getting ready for her baby shower. We both got pedicures and I had a full sets of acrylic. The tech that did mine burn me as she was removing my polish with the drill and it burned through my real nail enough so that I yelped in pain. The pain subsided and she continued and applied new acrylics. As the days went by my finger became more painful and swollen. It was so bad I ended up in the ER. I thought I would go in get antibiotics and get back to setting up for my daughters baby shower. The doctor came in took one look and said well I’m gonna go call the surgeon and get you in a room. I yelled surgeon he said yes If you don’t you will lose that finger. Ended up in surgery the day of my daughters baby shower missed everything. After they drained my finger and ran test they found Soratia and MRSA in the fluid. Soratia is from dirty utensils equipment used among other things. After being released from the hospital I went into the nail salon to speak to the owner who was there when I was burned I told her what happened and she basically cursed me told me I should have came back to her instead of the doctor and to basically get out of her salon and began speaking aggressively in her language. I contacted Mr Randall Wolfe and he took on my case. Him and his daughter Cherish make a phenomenal team is a understatement. They literally walked me through the process. They kept me informed throughout the various steps in the process. Mr Wolfe was very straight forward and honest. There was never a time that I couldn’t get either him or his daughter on the phone with any question or concern I had. Before I knew it my case was done and settled in less than a year from the date of the incident.
