My husband and I recently worked with Michael at Rose Elder Law to help us set up a living revocable trust. Michael and others at Rose Elder Law were very good at explaining & clarifying the entire process. After signing the documents needed for the trust, we were provided with a clear list of tasks for us to fulfill. One of the tasks was to transfer our bank accounts to the name of the trust. Elder Rose provided us with a packet to take to our financial institution. Our credit union representative who met with us to transfer our accounts specifically stated she would welcome any clients from Rose Elder Law. She went on to say it was the most straight forward process for transferring accounts to a trust that she’s handled due to Elder Rose Law providing all the necessary info in a clear, concise packet. We also appreciate that Michael frequently offers informative, educational presentations in local communities on estate planning that anyone can attend. This is how we initially met him, he provided an educational session at our local senior center. However, after listening to his presentation we felt that much of the material he shared was useful info to an adult of any age. During COVID-19 precautions, it’s very convenient that these education opportunities are also offered via Elder Rose Law webinars & zoom format. We would definitely recommend Michael and all the staff at Rose Elder Law. It was a good experience & we feel we achieved all of our goals and then some at a very fair rate!
