RJ Sohler has been with us since the VERY beginning of our business, eight years ago. He has helped us with the initial setup, issues, purchases, accounting, business growth, messy taxes, Quickbooks, my one million questions, and everything in between. His team covers so many areas and has been a vital part of our success. Marina Elliott has since joined Sohler Law and she, too, is knowledgeable and kind, always explaining things that seem difficult in an approachable way, and just straight up, she gets things done! We will always continue to use Sohler Law!!

Sohler Law has set up my family trust and done my taxes for the last 3 years. I can only say positive things about them. They respond to questions promptly, and are nice and "layed back" in true portland style. I am ancient, and they have patience with my lesser than perfect knowledge of technology.
I no longer dread tax season.....

About 2 years ago Matthew Whitman contacted me. I made it extremely clear I didn't want to speak to him, not to contact me again & that his client who had no right to give him my personal contact information & I'd never do anything to help him with his ridiculous lawsuit regarding my Uncle's estate. Today a private investor he works with called me. How dare he give a stranger my number especially after being told to never contact me again directly or indirectly. Consider this a cease & desist before I get my lawyer involved for harassment & intimidation tactics.
