After utilizing the services of several different law firms over the course of my 40 years in business, I must say that RIchard Sohler (RJ) will be my go to business attorney from now on. RJ is incredibly well versed in all aspects of business law, especially in the areas of real estate and tax law. He is always looking for ways to save me money such as allowing his very capable associate attorney Marina to handle many of the tasks associated with my issue, so that I am billed out at a lower rate. RJ’S office is also very conveniently located on the east side of Portland where the parking is abundant and free. Furthermore, R J’s office, while very professional looking, is not a monument to himself and so you’re not paying for the astronomical overheads of the downtown attorneys. However, that doesn’t mean that you’re not getting exceptional legal advice that is every bit as good. I have never written a review for an attorney before, but I just had such a great experience at RJ‘s law firm that I just had to let everybody know about it.

Adam and Sasha were great to work with. I am happy someone took my case, when few others would. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

I was one of many people associated with multi-state, very convoluted, multi-million dollar case in which attorney Roger Harris, for many months, guided, negotiated, and administered and represented all the legal and court issues. He successfully brought the whole difficult case to a fair and just conclusion. Roger is honest, upfront and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend him in any legal business matter.
