I have such great respect and appreciation to Mark Thesing. He represented my case before the Board in an appeal of acceptance for my back disc herniations. Mark immediately went to work and had my case fully evaluated and appealed my denial. He also checked in with me once a week and keep me abreast of my claim. With respect, courtesy, knowledge, and assurance, Mark answered all my questions and concerns. I felt I had a tremendous burden lifted off of me and replaced with reassurance. With his dedication and fairness Mark won my appeal. I would and have recommended Mark to others and will retain him in the future if I am ever in need of his services.

Mark is very knowledgeable about WC. I sustained an injury in my workplace and had to have extensive therapy and surgery due to my injury on my right shoulder (rotator cuff tear). I would not recommend Mr. Bedor to represent you if you are of limited means. While it is true he can win battles and has a lot of know-how, he will squeeze every penny out of you then ask for more.
