Jamie has been my lawyer for years. She is exactly who I wanted on my side when going through my divorce and custody battles. She was always strong when I was struggling through the whole thing. We are in a really solid situation all these years later because Jamie always has my back and fights hard. If you are looking for a lawyer that has your back Jamie is it.

Through one of the most challenging and vulnerable moments, RISE and Jamie Hazlett Esq., supported and guided us every step of the way. By far, the best firm in the Valley and would highly recommend to anyone needing legal representation.

I hadn’t seen my son in almost nine years. Just two months after hiring Maryanne Pitcher I had him back in my arms. She’s very skilled at her job, knows her way around a courtroom, and follows through with what she says.
She delivered better results than I had expected and has an amazing team backing her, I’m happy to give this firm a five star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you Rise Law Group 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My entire experience with Rise law group was amazing start to finish they made it easy to navigate through my case the entire staff helped me. I'm so appreciative and Maryanne was aggressive in the courtroom and at the end of the day I was victorious in my custody battle can't say enough good about them.

I could go on and on. But to keep it short and simple, jamie is who you want on your side when fighting a custody battle. Every time I was scared she was tough as nails and ready to armor up and go to battle. I met with 4 attorneys and when I met with Jamie I hired her immediately. She is so unbelievably smart. My family said she was like “watching a movie” in trial. You couldn’t look away! 10/10 recommend Jamie and her team!

The absolute worst law group. Mrs Pitcher waisted not only my time but my money. 5k down the drain just to tell me I’d lose anyways. The communication was poor and far between. If I had to choose again I would never recommend these people. They’re a scam.

They lied on a notarized document about trying to serve me... i have time stamped security cameras that prove they never showed up. They pushed paperwork without even letting me go to court where ive won 4 times now vs the drug dealing mom and her wife and let the druggie mother get full custody and the money award.. oh and the mom dropped the kid back off already cause she only wanted the money not the kid. My lawyer will be in contact and ill be going after your Oregon bar license because you should not be doing business in Oregon.

Their secretary or assistant by the name of Briar (I think) treated me very unprofessionally, displaying a bad attitude and disrespectful behavior, all together.

This review is based on James Pedrojetti.
If your case is uncontested, then Pedrojetti might be OK for what you need. Drafting documents was always back and forth due to errors. He burned through my retainer account (and then some) without even stepping foot into court on my behalf. Opposing counsel filed to have a jurisdictional hearing for the matter and he gave me the ultimatum of coming to a settlement agreement with baby-momma before the hearing or else he would remove himself from the case….. within less than a week of the upcoming hearing!!! Being an interstate jurisdictional matter, I studied the UCCJEA which nationally governs interstate jurisdiction disputes. When I spoke with him and pointed out different points and provisions of the UCCJEA and showed that Oregon hands-down had home state and full jurisdiction over the case, he simply told me I was wrong. (I sincerely doubt he even bothered to familiarize himself with the UCCJEA.). With new counsel by my side Oregon decided that it DID have jurisdiction to decide the case. I guess on one hand I am glad that Pedrojetti refused to argue jurisdiction on my behalf rather than show up to court and not make a good argument. That said, he should have set his pride aside and admitted his ineptitude in arguing jurisdiction rather than tell me that I was wrong. I know lawyers aren’t cheap, but he cost me way more money than the little bit of work he did filing a few documents. Crooked as they come. “Saul Goodman” ………..but without the results. 👎
