What can I say but wow! I called their office after I was Severely Injured in a Computer Chair Collapse. Even with the Covid Constraints on the Courts getting a case in etc. They handled my case with so much care and compassion. Tim himself had contacted me on numerous occasions to discuss things personally. Cindy & Stephanie in the office were a godsend for all the questions I had. They not only answered them promptly but professionally. They take their jobs very much to heart. In the End Stephanie worked many long hours not unnoticed, making sure I got every last penny that was owed to me by the insurance companies. We had to take this case up with the Chair Manufacturer from China and the Large Chain Store that sells them. It was handled in stride by this firm. Tim is so confident and compassionate towards his clients. He really wants the best for you that he can do. Not just an Attorney but I feel after this case we are friends. My Case had to be settled in a Mediation on Zoom with a Retired Judge who was confident along with being extremely informative, and the other sides Lawyers. I was walked through this and had someone by my side at any time I needed to have questions answered. Between Mediation we would have a break, for the Judge to speak with their side. Tim and Scott his associate would explain to me what was going on during these break times to ease my nerves. They took all the fear out of this proceeding completely, and made me feel at ease at all times. I would recommend Tim Williams, Steffanie, Scott and can't forget Cindy who is now retired to anyone with a case they need handled. Or maybe just questions about a legal matter. As a first time experience working with a law office Kimberly, Arne, + the team were fabulous! They were very knowledgable, kind, and professional. They made sure I was well informed during the entire process and always checked with me that I understood what was happening. Kimberly really put in a lot of footwork helping me and it was a great experience working with her! I can not recommend them more!

So far so good on my experience with Rise. Professional and experienced. Came recommended and I would use them again in the future if needed.

I hired Ms. Pitcher to help me with custody and divorce. This woman blew through 12,000 dollars in less than 2 months. I have one case court date she helped with, nothing to show outside that 4,000 day. She requires that she drains you in order to help by going through all her channels of staff in a obvious attempt to pay them fair wages before she feels the need to touch bases. Her ethics are not helpful and unprofessional, I do not recommend this law office. Ive been told by a few other people they faced this problem with her, maybe needing anyone else to come forward to address this in a legal manner as this is absurd. 12,000 , no face to face meeting was set up as asked totally blew up the 3 times I asked even.. just don’t hire her

When I was beginning the process of choosing representation for my divorce, it was actually recommended to me, more than once, to schedule a consult with Ms. Hazlett, specifically with the intention to make a booking conflict so that the opposing side could not retain her. After my consult, I felt so confident that I retained Ms. Hazlett myself! Ms. Hazlett was calm, confident, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Her team has been just as excellent. They are friendly, organized, kind, professional, and always on top of the details of my case. Communication is prompt and clear. My questions are answered quickly and followed up on, as is filing paperwork on my behalf with the court. I genuinely feel like they are on my team. I have had a great experience working with Ms. Hazlett and her team, and recommend them definitely.

Highly recommend law firm, I can not express how mush this group has been busting there tails for me......the best thing about this group is they don't tie themselves into other law firms like most in this valley, they just get the job done.
