A family member was facing serious charges. After interviewing several local attorneys they were told, "It doesn't look good..." They chose Pete Carini who succeeded in getting the charges dropped and/or significantly reduced and probation. If ever you are in a DUI situation this is the ONLY attorney that you want to call!
I was arrested in Eagle Point, Oregon for Duii. Told them I wanted to speak with an attorney. Called Mr Carini at 11:30 PM expecting to get an answering service.
He answered the phone! Was I ever Amazed...
He spoke to me in a calm (I was not) and very confident voice. He explained to me everything that was going to happen and how to behave and what to say.
I did exactly as he told me and walked out of that jail with NO charges!
