Peter Carini, isn't just a dedicated and knowledgable attorney, he's a compassionate and honorable man. He helped me when no one else in the justice system would. And he did so solely out of kindness and integrity. I was both the victim and the mother of the perpetrator so my son's public defender would not speak to me (actually hung up on me twice) and the DA's office would only help me as the victim. Exasperated and with nowhere to turn, I contacted the president of the Jackson County Bar Association, with the intention of filing a complaint against my son's attorney. I did not expect to actually speak with the president, and I certainly did not expect him to spend an hour on the phone with me, listening to my concerns, answering my questions, comforting me, looking up my son's public records, even converting them to PDFs and emailing them to me. And when I had more questions after reading those documents, Mr. Carini answered each one thoroughly, providing a full-page of invaluable information, with links to helpful online legal resources. Were it not for Mr. Carini's time and assistance, my son could be facing jail time, hundreds of dollars in fines and a permanent charge on his record, all because his attorney failed to adequately prepare and educate him with the critical information he needed to understand the charges brought against him and the potential consequences associated with those charges. Mr. Carini went above and beyond his duty and gave my son his life back.

Don't waste your time or money. He spent nearly zero time on my case (maybe an hour and a half), told me I would be in jail for 3 days (imagine my surprise when I was sentenced to 30), and neglected to inform me of ANY of the potential ramifications of this judgment. First time charge. 30 days in jail, 3 years on probation, 1 year suspended license and thousands of dollars in classes, and a breathalyzer on my car for months. I didn't know of any requirements that I had to meet on my release to get my license back and to avoid being arrested. All for the low, low price of 7,000.

If you are in need of an attorney, Peter Carini is your man! I can't express how comforting it was to know that we had such a great attorney on our side during the trial. Peter knows his stuff and is extraordinary to watch in action. He's so knowledgeable about DUII testing and training that he was actually showing the officer how to read his own manual. Love this Man!!! Worth every penny and more!!
